1. Are the prices in Canadian dollars?
All of our prices are listed in Canadian dollars and include applicable tax. We dislike hidden costs as much as you do so, the price you see is the price you pay!
2. How do I pay for my tour?
We offer two ways of making a reservation! You can either call our office at 604.255.7272 or toll-free 1.877.669.2277 to speak to one of our friendly Guest Services Agents or you can book through our website. Either way, we accept all three major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. If you’re looking to book for the following day, you will need to call our office directly.
3. What is our cancellation policy?
For groups of up to 10 people, a full refund will be provided when cancelled outside of 24 hours. Within 24 hours, the reservation will be completely non-refundable. For cancellations of groups of 11 or more, please call our Guest Services team directly for more information.
4. When do we need to book by?
We recommend you book at least one week in advance. Most tours are available to book online up to 17 hours prior to the departure time. For last minute bookings, call our Guest Services Team who will be happy to check availability for you at 604-255-7272 or 1-877-669-2277.
Looking to add an activity to your tour? Our Guest Services team will assist you in booking any of the +Plus Options listed on our website. We need to ensure your tour is adjusted accordingly to account for the activity location and time, therefore activities are not bookable online.
5. Are meals included?
Meals are not included in any of our tours. There are plenty of opportunities for you to purchase food during many of the stops you will make throughout the day. Feel free to also pack and bring your own snacks and lunch. We do not mind you eating on board any of our vehicles so you save your time to enjoy the stops!
6. Are the tours weather dependant?
Our tours run rain or shine which is great because it rains an average of 168 days a year here in Vancouver. They don’t call our city “Rain City” for no reason! We promise that you will not melt in the rain and we even provide complimentary umbrellas for you to use for the duration of the tours. Regardless of the weather, we assure you that your day will be spectacular.
7. Are the tours mobility accessible?
We have a range of vehicles that can carry 22-32 passengers and are all spacious and comfortable. There are at least three steps to enter and exit each of our vehicles so we need to ensure you are comfortable climbing those stairs. We can provide a wheelchair for you at no extra cost. We have a limited number of them so please let us know in advance and we can reserve one for you. If you would like to bring your own wheelchair, please let one of our Guest Services Agents know since we can only accommodate collapsible wheelchairs that are under 50 pounds.
8. Do you offer tours in any other languages?
Our regular scheduled sightseeing tours are all conducted in English, but our Private Charters division may be able to assist in arranging a tour in another language. Call our office for more details!
9. Can I be dropped off at the airport or cruise ship terminal after the tour?
Whether you’re going to the Vancouver Airport or on a cruise ship departing from Canada Place Pier, we provide complimentary drop-off at either location. We will pick you up, along with your luggage, from your downtown Vancouver or Richmond hotel, and for most of our guests, your luggage will be stored on the vehicle while you enjoy the tour. For those being dropped off at the airport, there are specific domestic and international flight departure times that our tours can accommodate. If you’re not sure whether your flight leaves too early, contact our Guest Services team who will be happy to assist you. If you are boarding a cruise ship, your luggage will be taken to the cruise terminal to be delivered directly to your stateroom. For this reason, it’s important that you keep your boarding passes, passport, and medications with you since you will not have access to your luggage until you reach your stateroom. Regardless of which tour you are taking, please let our Guest Services team know you’ll have luggage so we can allocate the appropriate space for it. We can’t leave your luggage behind!
10. If we stay overnight, can you book accommodation?
We are happy to provide recommendations however we do not book any overnight accommodations. If you are planning to stay overnight and return a different day, please let us know so we can discuss pick-up locations.
11. Do you offer special pricing for children or seniors?
We do offer discount pricing for children ages 3 – 12. As our tours are priced competitively and include admissions and any necessary fees, we do not offer discounts on our tours for seniors.
12. What vehicles do you operate your tours on?
Every tour is operated with a 24 passenger air-conditioned mini coach with large viewing windows and only aisle or window seats. Guests are free to remain on the bus at the stops. All tours are conducted in English by our friendly, highly trained and award-winning tour guides. Pick-up time will be confirmed when reservations are made; the tour will begin when all guests are on board and all tour times are approximate.
13. Do you offer child seats and or booster seats?
We do have child seats or booster seats available for the young ones. If you would like to reserve one for your child or infant on your tour, please let our Guest Services team know when you book your tour. We request even if you don’t believe you’ll require a child or booster seat, please let us know so we can reserve a seat for all members of your party.
14. I’m travelling with friends, are we able to be on the same tour?
We can certainly add the request at the time of booking that you wish to be on the same bus and we will try our best to have you travel together. If in the rarity that it is not possible, each of our tours have plenty of stops throughout the day so there is time to reunite with the rest of your party.
