· Reservations for the Tourism Passport Challenge must are only accepted online and must be made in advance with limited seating available each day.

· Cards will not be accepted without a prior booking being made.

· Ensure that you have filled in the inside flap of your Passport, including your signature.

· If you have questions on the Tourism Challenge Passport program please visit www.tourismchallenge.ca – Privilege Pass Offers tab for all information regarding offers and restrictions valid from June 1, 2020 – March 31, 2021

· Privilege Passes are for personal use and for your use ONLY – if a Privilege Pass is given to a friend or family member, if tickets are obtained and passed along or sold to someone else this individual will FORFEIT their Privilege Pass and will no longer be eligible to participate in the program in subsequent years.

Hop on at any of our 15 central stops focused on the downtown core and Stanley Park. Designed to showcase the distinct culture of each area, stops highlight such areas as Gastown, Chinatown, Canada Place, The West End, Yaletown, and Davie Street.

February 9, 2020: TEMPORARY ROUTE CHANGE

The Sunset Beach stop will not be accessible on the morning of Sunday, February 9th due to the “First Half” Half Marathon. The first pickup at this stop will be at 1:28pm.



April 19, 2020: NON-OPERATING DAY

Due to road closures for the Vancouver Sun Run, our Hop-On Hop-Off Tour will not be operating for this day.

Regular service will commence on Wednesday, April 22, 2020.



May 3, 2020: NON-OPERATING DAY

Due to road closures for the BMO Marathon, our Hop-On Hop-Off Tour will not be operating for this day.

Regular service will commence on Monday, May 4, 2020.



June 28, 2020: NON-OPERATING DAY

Due to road closures for the Scotiabank Marathon, our Hop-On Hop-Off Tour will not be operating for this day.

stop 02 – Coal Harbour

Nestled between the heart of downtown and the quaint residential community of Coal Harbour, lies the beginning of Vancouver’s seawall. Watch locals and visitors mingle as they walk along the picturesque harbour, stop at one of the neighbourhood cafes, pass the Olympic Cauldron or watch the seaplanes come and go.

stop 04 – Park Pavilion

The Park Pavillion, located at the entrance to a natural paradise, Stanley Park, is one part of Vancouver’s 1001-acre playground. stop 05 – Prospect Point

The highest point in Stanley Park naturally offers the best views of the Burrard Inlet. See the iconic Lions Gate Bridge set against the mountainous backdrop of North Vancouver. Enjoy a positively coastal sight and watch as ships pass under the bridge while seaplanes pass over it!

stop 06 – Second Beach

Second Beach, our last stop in Stanley Park, is a popular choice for oceanside adventures. With a nearby playground for kids, this natural wonderland is the perfect spot to relax against one of the large logs on the sand or venture further into the park and take advantage of the picnic areas along the grassy fields or at Lost Lagoon.

stop 07 – West End

stop 08 – Sunset Beach

Stroll along the golden sand of Sunset beach or take a short ride to Granville Island with the False Creek Ferries (included in price). Make sure to stop at the renowned Public Market and meet the local vendors selling the freshest produce, desserts and savoury treats.

stop 09 – Burrard Central

Our Burrard Central stop allows you to explore the colourful Davie Street Village, home to Vancouver’s LGBTQ2+ community. Filled with the bright, rainbow crosswalks, Davie Street is all about living life to the fullest, and that means partaking in authentic cultural cuisine, visiting boutique stores and delighting in the diverse atmosphere.

stop 10 – Yaletown

Yaletown is the warehouse district of Vancouver. Back in the day, Roundhouse Plaza was a spot for train engines to turn around for their return journeys after dropping their cargo off in Vancouver. Today, this neighbourhood is one of Vancouver’s trendiest with restaurants, cocktail lounges indie-style boutiques. Relax on the patio of one of the many contemporary bars in this modern district spotted with various historical architecture.

Listen to the sound of the Gastown steam clock as it marks every quarter hour and hour.

stop 15 – City Centre

Step off the bus into the bustling streets of Vancouver at this aptly-named, centrally located stop. With a mix of modern and historic architecture along with the right combination of luxury shopping, upscale hotels and world-renowned art, there is much to see and do.

  • Pacific Centre Shopping Mall
  • Robson Square Courtyard
  • • Tour Operates Wednesday to Sunday, closed Mondays and Tuesdays (until April 30, 2020)
  • • Tickets must be purchased for a select tour date
  • • Board throughout the day at any of our 15 stop locations around the city
  • • Full tour loop is 2 hours and 15 minutes
  • • Pick-up frequency is approximately every 60 minutes
  • • Tour tickets include one complimentary roundtrip sailing to Granville Island with False Creek Ferries
  • • Tickets can be purchased day of from our onboard Step-On Guide or Sales Ambassadors (May to September only) who can assist with directions, information, attraction purchases
  • • Live Bus Mapping – Follow the tour buses on a live map to help plan your day

  • • Purchase tickets in advance in order to secure a seat onboard
  • 1. What’s the Cancellation Policy?
    To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 24 hours before their scheduled tour date. For cancellation received with less than 24 hours notice, no refund will be issued.
  • 2. How Does the False Creek Ferries Ticket Work?
    Your roundtrip ticket for the False Creek Ferries is included at no additional cost. Have your Hop On, Hop Off Ticket stamped by the False Creek Ferry staff at Stop #8 and at Granville Island to board the vessel.
  • 3. Is This Tour Accessible?
    Most of Vancouver is accessible to various mobility levels. However, Stanley Park does have unpaved pathways and inclines. English Bay and Sunset Beach also feature sandy areas. At this time, our vehicles are, unfortunately, not equipped with a wheelchair lift.
  • 4. How Do Last Full Loop/Last Buses Work?
    The Last Full Loop is the last bus to complete an entire tour loop from where you get on. The Last Bus refers to the final time the bus will stop at a particular stop during the day. Your tour will then end at either the Sunset Beach stop or Waterfront Station stop.
  • 5. Can I store my luggage onboard?
    Due to the nature of Hop On, Hop Off, we do not provide luggage storage or transfers for this tour. We do, however, have other great options for those who are unable to check into their hotel yet or have a late flight departure time.
