Let the snow crunch beneath your feet and be mesmerized by the surrounding scenery. Whistler offers two snowshoeing tours for both beginner and intermediate walkers, making this activity suitable for all needs.

Natural Mystic – Beginner 
Departs: 12:00pm 
Duration: 1.5 hours (round trip)
Perfect for first-timers! Ride the gondola and beginner chairlift up Whistler Mountain, then strap on your snowshoes for a trip through fallen snow in Whistler’s most pristine old growth forest. This tour is famous for the birds that you will see while trekking through old growth forest. On this tour, you will have even the opportunity to hand feed these birds! You can also try out amazing snow slides that are fun for the whole family!
 
Medicine Trail – Intermediate
Departs: 12:00pm 
Duration: 2.5 – 3 hours (round trip)
Explore a forest full of mystery walking along an old trapper’s path on snowshoes. Learn traditional knowledge while snowshoeing and sampling healing teas from plants that grow along the Medicine Trail. Travel deep into a special ancient forest in the Callaghan Valley. Hear a brief history of the area’s traditional uses and ways of the past. Let your imagination flow as you gaze upon giant cedar, fir and hemlock trees that provide a canopy high above. Finish back at the caboose for a rejuvenating snack by the fire.
