In our Community
Stuff the Bus
Landsea has organized a charitable initiative called “Stuff the Bus”. This multi-day charity drive created awareness of the demand for basic essentials in our communities. “Stuff the Bus” ran successfully for six years starting in 2006 and ran to 2012, stuffing a total of 18 buses! The purpose was to collect much needed supplies including linens, warm clothing, and toiletries for local community service societies.

Vancouver Shoreline Cleanup
Starting in 2014, and now an annual company event, a team of employees participate in the “Great Canadian Shoreline Cleanup”. For this event, members of the community are encouraged to “adopt” a portion of shoreline and engage in collection of garbage and cleaning of the beach/shoreline. In 2014, we adopted the shoreline in Stanley Park between Brockton Point and Lumberman’s Arch and in 2015 and 2016 we cleaned up the shoreline in Stanley Park between the Royal Vancouver Yacht Club and the Nine O’Clock Gun. Each year we spend the day cleaning the area.
For over 20 years, Landsea Tours has hosted an annual event for up to 800 people from our tourism community. This event is a time to celebrate our fabulous city, share information, and build excitement around the many visitors about to share our beautiful neighbourhoods.

Support of Charitable Organizations
As a socially responsible organization, we continue to donate our professional services including tours and charters to charitable organizations such as the Alzheimer’s Society of BC, the Canadian Cancer Society, ALS Society, and a selection of tourism organizations for educational purposes and local events.
